Starting from scratch: the method’s fundamentals, breathing, control and safe use of the equipment.

For those who have the basics and want more challenge, more flow and new repertoire.

Reformer · mini-group

  • Beginner & intermediate

The heart of the studio. With no more than three people per class, the coach sees and corrects everyone throughout the session: attention close to a private class, for less than half the price.

You work on BASI Systems Reformers, with silent pulleys that adjust to your height and springs that let you fine-tune the resistance. €25 is the single-class price for everyone, whether it’s your first class or your tenth.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates with the BASI method: the foundation work that strengthens your centre and improves control. We use small equipment such as the Pilates ring to vary the intensity.

A good way to start, or to complement your Reformer classes.

Duet

A private class for two: with your partner, a friend or a family member. The coach adapts the work to both of you, so you can be at different levels.

Personal 1:1 training

  • All equipment

The most complete session: the coach’s full attention and access to all the BASI Systems equipment, including the Cadillac, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector with the F2 system.

Ideal if you have a specific goal, are recovering from an injury or want to progress faster.

Rehabilitation

  • With medical clearance

Classes for people with disc protrusions, herniations, back pain or recovering from an injury. Careful, controlled, progressive work, always with your doctor’s clearance before you start.
