Who it’s for

When your body asks you to take care

Rehabilitation is a class type of its own at our studio, not an add-on. It’s for you if:

  • You have disc protrusions or herniations and want to move without fear.
  • You live with back pain and want to strengthen the muscles that support you.
  • You are recovering from an injury and want to return to activity gradually.
  • You are an athlete who needs to rebuild muscular balance after an injury.

Protocol

How we work

  1. 01

    Medical clearance, always

Before we start, we ask for your doctor’s clearance to do Pilates. Without it, we don’t begin rehabilitation work.

  2. 02

    An assessment first session

We talk through your history and goals. The coach watches how you move and adapts every exercise from day one.

  3. 03

    Equipment that adapts to you

BASI Systems equipment lets us adjust pulleys, springs and platforms to your body and to the exact resistance you need, smoothly and silently.

  4. 04

    Gradual progression

We build up slowly, with control and no impact. The BASI block system lets each session build on the last.

Experiences

What our students have experienced

A wrestler came to the studio on crutches. After a month and a half of training he is walking again, and the muscular balance of his legs has recovered remarkably.

Two students with disc herniations and protrusions are feeling their back pain gradually fade, through careful, consistent work.

These are individual experiences, shared anonymously. Every case is different and results are not guaranteed. Pilates does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or physiotherapy: it complements them.
